I think on the 1901 census the George Chittleburgh with his grandparents actually lives at Staithe Road, Bungay, in the registration district of Wangford.
At the records office I checked the transcripts of Bungay Holy Trinity and Bungay St Mary for Chittleburgh entries but they were few and far between:
Bungay St MarySeptember 24th 1861 by banns
William Chittleburgh full age bachelor (occ: groom) of Hornsey Middlesex (signed)
Annie Baxter full age spinster OTP (X)
Fathers: Isaac Chittleburgh labourer, Thomas Baxter stonemason
Witnesses: Henry Cullingford, Mary Smith
Bungay Holy TrinityHenry Clifford s/o William and Anna Chittleburgh bap 29th August 1868
These were the only Chittleburgh entries I could see in that time frame (no other baptisms 1860 to 1900 that I could see)
