There are two death records on Freebmd for a Thomas Bryant both in Buckinghamshire.
One of them is for the June Qtr and the other Sept Qtr. There isn't an age so either one or neither of them could be yours
The only way to be sure would be to send for the death certs and hope that the informant on the cert ties in with the family.
I think before I did that I would want to get a birth cert for either Esau or young Harriet first.
That way you would be more certain that you were following the correct family and you would also then have the maiden name of the mother.
