I finally found the death I was looking for.  Yes on the NSW BMD Online upgrade - website.

The only reason I found it was because of Lady Di - she said she had to reduce the screen to 75%, so that she could see the 'search button'. Thank you.

I don't resize the screen but use the tab button to find the search button at the bottom of the screen

Just tried the 'tab button' it does not work for me.

sarra, if you use mouse, just hold down control on you keyboard and scroll mouse wheel to increase/decrease screen size.
Search button is on extreme right.

Many thanks for your hint of using the Ctrl key with the mouse wheel to change the screen resolution.  It works for me on the NSW poorly designed new website.
