it has right parents Charles William and Annie Father was listed as Charles William

As you know who his parents are I'm assuming that you have all the census records for him and his family ?

just doing the checking the census records now for all listed, the thing that threw me also was 3 children were listed here in Australia, so have concluded Charles Ernest was married here after arrival
and only 2 were born in UK

You could very well be right with that.
Passenger list shows them going to Sydney 1924 and you have Margaret Mary's death in 1925.
So he could have remarried.

I was just going to suggest that the Australia Board might be more helpful with the second marriage and birth of the other child but you've sorted it now
