Don't suppose you can apply the same magic and find Hannah's marriage certificate?!

Too cheeky??

Have found Hannah on the 1911 Wales census:

Again mistranscribed (!) as Hannah BAZLEY - Cook/dom Servant to August Blundell, Clerk in holy Orders, address Llanvihangel Crucorney, Monmouthshire.

No luck yet with a marriage.

Again, Thank you Mrs T.

A little bit of the story Hannah (unmarried I assume) had a child in 1919 Barbara Irene Thomas whose BC I have knowledge of and the mother is named as Adeline Thomas nee Bayley.

The child Barbara was given to Hannah's brother George and his wife Adelaide (confusing similarity in names) who brought her up as their own, the truth only came out sometime around 1950 (vague family memory) when Hannah Adeline died (I can't find a DC for Hannah Adeline either!)

*sigh&

Never give up - sometimes it just takes a little (or much more) time!

One thing that crossed my mind when finding Hannah in Wales in 1911 is that David Thomas is a particularly Welsh name. Where was Barbara born?

Good luck with it all  :)

Barbara Irene Thomas was born in Lambeth 1919 - Hannah probably/ possibly got pregnant by a Welsh lad and scurried back to UK to be near family? In 1911 George was living in Colchester.

That's a possibility, but one that you are unlikely to ever find out.

Nevertheless, keep digging!  :)
