Hi guys, can somebody help me decipher the cause of death here please? I can make out the words convulsions and syncope, but not the others.

Thanks

I agree :)

Gastroenteritis is a common condition where the stomach and intestines become inflamed. It is usually caused by a viral or bacterial infection.
syncope can be simple fainting spells to seizure disorder, and/or epilepsy. the words used together suggests  syncope with convulsive movements that are milder than those seen in epilepsy.

O/h suggests septicaemia as a result of something like a burst ulcer or an overwhelming infection would give these sort of symptoms.

Is this the death of an adult or a child?
