census 1831- 1852

Is there a census for 1831 & 1841? I am looking to find the childrens name and age of Thomas BROXHOLM(E) and wife Ann living in the Wragby area. Thomas was born abt 1996 and Ann 1806. The children names I have been given are, Mary b. abt 1828 , Edward b. abt 1829, William b. 1832, Ann b. abt 1838, Thomas b. abt 1841and Ellen b. abt 1848. Thank you so much in advance.

The first useful census is 1841, it gives names and approx date of age if born in the county or not they are living in but no relationships to each other
