Not fair ....FindMyPast offer 50 percent off

I see from Facebook advert that you can get. 50!percent off an annual sub to FindMyPast now.How about rewarding their existing subscribers by offering them fifty percent if they extend their sub this year.Hiw frustrating for those who have just taken one out but I suppose they want to encourage new members after a very poor press when they introduced their new web site.
I think its O K  now after finding my way round the site with help from Lost Cousins newsletter and magazine articles.But I'm still cross to have missed out on the offer.

Hi,

The offer is still available....runs out today..... and exisiting subscribers can have it added to their subscription.  That's what I've done.

Follow that link I gave and click on "Claim 50%discount" it then took me to my account and I followed the instructions to renew. I've just had an email saying it was successful.

Thanks for letting me know that existing subscribers could claim too!  I was tamping when I saw the facebook ad, not least because I had literally just (24 hours previously) resubbed for a year.  I am now fully paid up until July 2016.  Just need to remember to untick the renew automatically box, otherwise in 2015 it might well renew again.

Thanks so much for this. I just spotted the link while browsing and have been able to renew my sub , which was due to expire in a couple of days,  for £49.75 - result !!!!
