Repair and colour 1930's portrait of a gentleman John Forrest

Hi, to the talented restorers on this wonderful site.  I would be very appreciative if someone could  repair this photo of my great uncle.  If possible a dash of colour would be nice:

Blue eyes, brown hair

Thank you one and all, Allan, Steve, Carolyn and Mike.   I am most impressed with the results and the time and effort you have put in to repair and colour my photo.   Even though it was a much loved photo, it had been wrinkled, and battered, and marked, but now it's pristine!!
