Loy burial Melton Mowbray Dec 1872

I am researching my Loy family history and am looking for the burial of Henry Loy who died 18 Dec 1872 Melton Mowbray Leceistershire. He was born c 1820 in York. He was married to Mary..... and I don't have details of her death but would appreciate any assistance.

do you have them on 1871 census. was mary still alive when Henry died?

Mary alive on 1871 - she was younger born abt 1836 York

cant find her on 1881 - she could have married again or died 1872 -1881

Thanks Diddy. No as you say Mary Loy/e was still alive when Henry died in Dec 1872 as Probate was granted to her in May 1873.
I will look for her remarriage as I have not found her death. If you find it can you let me know please?

Death of Mr H. Loy.-We have to record the death, on the 17th inst., at Park House, Gaddesby, Leicestershire, of Mr Henry Loy, a gentleman well known and respected in racing circles. Deceased, who along with his family originally resided in this city, was in his fifty-third year, had been for a considerable time in failing health, and laterly was altogether absent from his favourite pursuit.
