He is said to have been born in Donegal to the USA., but when, and where?

He was b. 30Apr1862, and died 23Sep1964, (possibly Berkeley), Alameda County, California.  She may have been born in 1864, Dublin, Ireland.

MCCALLAGH IS LIKELY THE CORRECT SPELLING OF THE NAME, but I am really unsure.

Her mother's name is ____ DARCY.

I would greatly appreciate any help on this family, especially in their Irish context.

If your Mr. Mulvany was actually John Joseph A. Mulvany, I believe I have found his immigration record, as well as John Joseph and Eleanor on various (California) census returns.
