Loveridge Family Help Needed.

Hi all, I am looking for help regarding Alfred Loveridge and Phoebe Loveridge who were married in 1940 Bridgwater, Somerset. I believe Phoebe was born 1920 and died 2005 and Alfred 1918, died 1976. Obviously they won't be on the most recently available census of 1911 but does anyone know anything about these two or their parents would be most grateful. Thank you

Hi Just came across your tree and see you have a birth date for Alfred which rules the other Alfred out in 1919 ....Have you tried to order a marriage certificate for this couple to see if parent's are listed and who were the witnesses

Thank you for reply. I have birth but it's only from death records and I have heard of these being incorrect or out a little due to family tales etc. I have not ordered no. Would that be best way?

Yes I would say order the marriage certificate to get the parents names and then you can get an idea when the parents were born and to find the family in the census forms ....You can't go further back until you have this information

we knew them when they were alive and still see their son youg alfie.there was a family at spaxton called henry and harriet james and harriet was a sister of either alfie or phoebe.it was a cousin marry cousin masrriage as alfie and phobe shared the same name
