We used to live in Gwynfren Avenue in Rhyl ..family name Foy my parents were Francis Foy (Frank) and Elizabeth (Bette nee Evans). I live in Scotland now but my sister has returned to Wales.

I have FOY marrying SENNETT in West Yorkshire (Normanton, Whitwood area) around 1850s. I'm sure this lot of FOYs came from Ireland.

Hi
I have a Margaret Foy who married a Robert McIver in Manchester 1879. I believe her family originally came from Ireland, but settled in the St Helens, Lancashire area.

I am searching for a James FOY son of Patrick Foy. James was born c1878 but not sure where. James married Hannah Elizabeth Hull (formerly Brunt) a widow from Conisbrough, Doncaster in 1906.
Does anyone have any information?
