There's a marriage for a John Britton to Ruth Booth 1st Jan 1845 at St John the Evangelist, Kearsley - John is 42, bachelor and a weaver and Ruth is 48 a widow. John's father is Thomas Britton, labourer and Ruth's James Warren, weaver.

Marriage: 30 Jun 1834 St Peter, Bolton, Lancashire, England
 Edmund Brittain - This parish
 Anne Hoyles - This parish

This couple seem to have a few children with various spellings of mother's maiden name

Thank you for all your help, lots of things to try follow up. Was hoping if I found the family in 1881 it might give me more clues but they are very hard to find.
