Interesting read - their marriage Frederick and Emma 22 and 23, no profession is listed for Emma Wheeler.   two witnesses  Ellen Golledge and Louisa Mitchell.

Their father's names are not mentioned - Do you know the name of Emma's father?

Oh.. I missed the footnote. Too much excitement, I think. Ellen Golledge is witness and that ties to 1911 census (Lily is niece with Golledges) And Lily may have married Arthur Mitchell.
1871 Census for John and Eliza Rowlands has dtr Emma, 16. Hopefully MC has her father's name on it.

Frederick William's parents (unconfirmed as yet) Edwin Wheeler and Elizabeth ARCHER/ARCHEAR, born Abbey, Bath 1858. Found on UKBMD and ordered from GRO.

Hi Folks,
A follow-up from my last message.
Emma Rowlands’ father was Thomas COTT, who died in 1865 (1861 Twerton Census) She used Rowlands on her MC.
MC confirmed Maude Lilian Wheeler married Arthur V Mitchell whose 1948 will named his sons Roy and Arthur, but not his wife. Roy de-Lorraine Mitchell (unusual name) estate agent, died in Bournemouth in 1969. I’ve found several children from Mitchell and Dora Norris (most born during the war) and have moved enquiries to Dorset, on the trail of living relatives. The blanks will get filled in later. Thanks for all your help.

for info. just in case it helps with anything this looks to be the death of Roy De Lorriane's wife Dora nee NORRIS - this was in Bath

Hello,
Dora Maretta Mitchell died 1995 in a nursing home in Larkhall Springs, Bath. Her address on DC was Frampton Cotterell, Avon. (Which is now part of Bristol)
Perhaps because it is so recent, I am not able to discover, online, whether she left a will, and if so, where to find a copy.
Any suggestions on where to look?
