Hello - I am asking whether any kind person who has access to the 1949 NSW Electoral Roll can look in the electorate of FARRER and tell me any details about BERYL MARY MAUNDER and hopefully, and other Maunder at her address.  Many thanks in advance. - Allen Maunder

I am trying to find out something (or anything!) about Beryl Mary Maunder's parents.  With Ros's help I have found that Beryl's mother was Mrs M M Evans... can you please go to the 1949 Electoral Roll again - Farrer electorate - and let me know whether there are any people at Beryl's address (83 Urana St, Wagga Wagga) with the surname EVANS and, if so, their names?  Thanks in advance, Allen Maunder

I assume you mean that you are unable to find electoral roll information for 1947, 1948 and 1949.  Do you mean you are unable to find electoral rolls for those years?  Only roll is 1949.

let me know whether there are any people at Beryl's address (83 Urana St, Wagga Wagga) with the surname EVANS and, if so, their names?

Thank you Cando, I am seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Beryl Mary Maunder during those years, it does seem she was living with her mother Mildred Mary up until the time she married Frederick John Kirkland Costello in 1949. Maybe this information will help you with your search however. MILDRED MARY RAYNER b.1896 Berkshire UK m.1922 RICHARD RICHMOND HUTCHINGS b.1894 d.1940 ~ BERYL MARY HUTCHINGS b.1924 Berkshire UK m.1943 in Hampshire UK. JOHN HENRY MAUNDER b.20.9.1921 (?-NSW Aust.)d.11.4.1944 (RAAF 466 Squadron in Somme, France. see AWM) Passenger Lists show Beryl migrated to Australia in 1946 on the NESTOR. Mildred Mary followed in 1947 on the ASTURIAS. Both were living at 23 Clyde St, Guildford NSW prior to moving to Wagga. 1948.   Regards Pat
