If anyone has any spare time to bring to life this old faded pic for a friend of mine i would be most gratefull. Its of her brother who sadly pssed away in March

Sorry ive not provided any more info as to who he is, wher he from etc....dont know anything other than its her brother and one of the few pics she had of him
