this is a long shot and prob like finding needle in a hay stack but worth a try.
My ggreat grandfather James Coyle was born somewhere in Ireland around 1856. his parents were John Coyle and Mary McGee. He married in Johnston Renfrew (Scotland) in1884, his wife was Mary Ann Gallagher also born in Ireland. her parents were Edward Gallagher and Ann brown.
I got this info from his marriage cert and 1901 Scotland census.
Not sure where to go from here??
