hello i,ve tried this before but hopefully there may be some fresh eyes out there,i,m trying to find out what happened to 4 cavanaugh sisters after the 1940 census,3 were born in england,lucy,margaret and mary,they came to america in 1912 with their mother susan in 1912 they settled in new jersey and had another daughter helen born 1916,she married a lester burness friedman,one married ? roman but she was a widow by the age of 23 and another married ? forshee,i,m not sure if lucy married,they all seemed to stay in the new jersey area,

To put some dates to the names. Susan was 32 years when she arrived in the USA in 1912 = 1880
Mary Ellen was 11 years old - Born 1901    -  Margaret was 7 years old so born 1905
and Lucy was 4 years old = 1908.
All joining husband and father Michael Kavanagh  168 W 65 th St NY

Last Residence 07106  Newark, Essex, New Jersey.
SSN issued New Jersey (Before 1951)

looking at the 1930 census daughter Margaret Roman could be Margaret Rowan (widowed)
