YES, I have seen this type of variation in information from NSW BDM on any number of occasions. The earlier one is a transcription too, the difference is that it was transcribed by the NSW BDM employee at that time (27th April 1984)

and "occupation of father" was not a heading on the then 1984 form

and I am happy to repeat myself ..... in 1984 they were not including occupation of the fathers of the couple ..... yes, that's right NSW BDM has had different rules at different times....
