Many thanks for baptisms it filled in a couple of blanks i had.

The marriage is the right one thank you. Jane's father was Thomas born c1791 and his wife was Mary c1791 both from Lincolnshire I have not found them on 1851 census could well have died. but i have not found them on 1841 census you do not happen to have a copy of it do you?
Thanks again Alan :)

It makes Mary and Hannah a similar age but different mothers and Mary being the eldest it looks looks like Thomas did not remarry at that time
It is too much of a coincidence that they are at the same address in 1841.could they be relations??
i think it needs a lot more research which will keep me busy.
Thanks for Burial information

Hi,

The Rushes belong to my tree too.

Abraham and Jane are my 3x gt grandparents. Their daughter Charlotte married my gt gt grandfather Thomas Cummins in 1873.
I think I have found an Irish connection, Janes mother Mary was ?born in Dungaven, Ireland but have not confirmed this.

Am on night duty at the moment fiddling around on the computer in my break and found your thread.

Can I get back to you tomorrow or Thurs when I have had time to look at home?

Maybe we can exchange details, I have traced the Rushes back to 1655 up to now.

Will be in touch again
