Here's their daugther Teresa on the 1891 census

Surname FRANZZETTI
RG12; Piece: 3690; Folio: 81; Page: 12
9 Lawrence Gate? Leeds
Frederick Head age 22 Italy Genoa (can't make out his occ could be hawker/traveller)
Teresa wife age 18 Bradford

I think it is 'traveller' with a later gloss of 'hawk'
