Joe: Do you know how to uninstall software in Windows 7?
[Uninstall the software for your printer first]
Once uninstalled, put into your search bar - workforce 320.
On pressing the enter key you should be connected to Epson website for your printer software.[Download the recommended software then once done connect up your printer.]
Happy days once more! 8)

Until February I had an XP computer, I then bought a Windows 7 one.
My Epson printer then seemed not to work properly.
I couldn't do half the things I could before.
I rang the computer shop and he asked if I'd re installed the Epson software.
Errr No,cos no one told me to!
I did and all was well again,it now does more than it did before  ;D

Windows XP uses a different version to that software required for Windows 7.
[Winows 7 is 64bit program against Windows XP is 32bit]

Ray,
Thanks for that link.......... I am progressing well and all I need to do now is to get an icon on my screen in order to click it on.
My PC savvy son in law will be here soon and I shall leave it to him.
Will keep you posted.
