Hello Bunny
Thanks for getting in touch. Nice to meet you and it would be great news if we are distant cousins.  My great grandmother Maud was the half sister of Charlotte Cassidy and as far as I can see Sarah only had those two children, I am fairly sure I am on the right track but I am sceptical until the last piece falls into place. I think Sarah’s father was Joseph Dunn but I have not gone further back so it would be great to get the names of Sarah’s grandparents (our common ancestors).
Sarah and Charlotte are buried together in Dundonald cemetery near Stormont in Belfast. My great grandmother Maud was adopted at the age of 3 months, so she didn’t know Sarah at all. Sad times but I have my ideas about what might have happened. We can chat more about that and about the rest.
Thanks again

Hi KG
Thank you for the census link.
Charlotte Cassidy was the daughter of Sarah’s first marriage to Henry Cassidy, so technically they should have written step daughter on this Census I suppose.
My great grandmother had been adopted in 1896 so was long gone by this time.
