Brighten up photo please.

Could someone brighten this photo up for me please.  It was taken on a phone and I don't have the original.  It is my nan with her grandchildren.

not a lot i can do with it it because its so small, A better scan 600dpi would give a better result its under 13 kb in size and you can post up to 500 kb
