I think she could have been registered with her mothers names.    There is an Elizabeth Ann Breeze birth reg'd Mar.qtr.1863 Wisbech.

Elizabeth Ann Wood Breeze bp.4/10/1863 Upwell, Norfolk, daughter of Elizabeth Breeze.

I cannot see a death for this child, nor find them on census, so wonder if she was called Ann by the family to differentiate from her mother.   The 'Wood' in her name at baptism would suggest this was probably the surname of her father so possibly not a daughter of William at all.
