My ancestors (Williams) on my father's side were stone masons and lived in Troedyrhiw/Penygroesffordd and Pigyn in Conwyl Caeo. My grandfather David moved to Yr Efail in Talley where my father James Williams grew up. Happy for any contact on this.
Interested in Tŷ Mawr, Cellan and Davies family. I'm related to Joseph Davies and Rachel Davies both buried in the church yard. Joseph died c 1833 and Rachel in the 1780s

I too am interested in finding out more about the Williams family of Pigyn, my paternal grandfather was David Joseph Williams, 1909-1973. It sounds like you have far more information than I have.

Thanks for your message, unfortunately I can't do a PM until I've posted 3 messages. Fingers crossed that replies count.
