Many years on, I stumbled on this discussion while looking for a different Quealy family from around Inagh.
Daniel Quealy and his family are at
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Clare/Fermoyle/Fermoyle_Eighteragh_West/1073920/
and
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Clare/Formoyle/Formoyle_Eighteragh_West/355276/
The children include Patrick (1901)/Pat (1911) and Martin (1901 only).
A possible candidate for Martin in 1911 is at
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Clare/Formoyle/Ballyduff_Beg/355242/
but the occupation does not match his marriage record at
https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/files/civil/marriage_returns/marriages_1926/09117/5297501.pdf
Martin's residence at the time of his marriage in 1926 was Feenamunga, so perhaps the Pat aged 19 in 1911 is the Patrick Joseph married to Mary Ann in the original 2014 query above.
While the tombstone inscription mentions no address or relationships, I suspect that this is the family at
