Ernest Cooper b. 17 July 1880

My great uncle, Ernest Cooper, was born in Lancashire, England on 17 July 1880. He lived north of Liverpool until he emigrated to America some time between 1901 and 1911. On 1901 English census he was a 20 year old bricklayer living with his parents.
I cannot find his passage out, but the family are definite that he went there and settled.
On Ancestry I found an Ernest Cooper living at 266 West End Ave, NYS. Petition no 151297 or 151299 to become naturalised. It is dated Jan.20 1930. I suppose it's far too simple for this to be him, but I don't know how to check! Can anybody help me please?

This family is living at West End Avenue in 1930

Ernest Cooper  48 Born England. Immigrated 1920. Caretaker 266 West End Ave.
Annie Cooper  43 Born England. Immigrated 1921. Asst Caretaker.
John Cooper  18 Born England. Chauffeur. Private Family.
Peter Cooper  8 Born New York.
Thomas Cooper  8 Born New York.

This Ernest was born Wigston (as typed) England - 25 December 1880. Immigrated from Liverpool and arrived 26 th Feb 1920 on the Kaiserin Augusta Victoria. 4 children listed Elsie born 1 st Dec 1909 England , John Thomas and Peter.

WW2 Draft - Ernest Cooper - 25 Dec 1881 (sometimes these can be a year out so not unusual) Leicester England. Living in Connecticut and gave daughter Elsie as nearest relative - Elsie Lake - Roosevelt Drive, Seymour NW. Conn.

Wigston is a village in Leicestershire
