Thank you Rosie17 and Dawnish. I thought this but with three different names Thomas 1911, Frank 1901 census then another curveball with Francis was unsure, also in Army records it comes up Thomas Frank Stocker but with father as Edward W Stocker, 120 Cambridge Road, Kilburn?
My Grandfather always known as Tom did not marry until 1967 Gladys Maude Tracey (Lay) they had 7 children named Stocker the first had no father named on Birth Certificate was Lay where as all the others had the Stocker surname. I don't know if he was married before being the reason he married late.
On the Death Certificate it has Place of birth Willesden Brent 1/10/1897.
