Francis Henry CROUCH
« on: Thursday 23 June 05 23:25 BST (UK) »

Seeking information on the birth of Francis Henry CROUCH, born about 1892, married Jenette Hall in 1913 in Everton, and died in Everton in 1936 aged 44.

Any information would be much appreciated.

 Regards

He does not appear to me to be in the 1901 indexes.
Have you any of:

Father's name & occupation (from a marriage certificate)?
Birth place (from searching the BMD indexes?- this would also confirm the age)

Hi Pauline, thanks for coming back to me.   I have Francis's marriage cert, he was married in 1913 in Liverpool, his father is named William CROUCH.   Have looked on the BMD site and 1837 online, but his birth does not seem to have been registered. But thanks for your interest... I'll keep searchin.

 regards

 Hi again Pauline,

Francis's father was a Wheelwright, Francis himself a labourer.

Gwyn,
Are you able to tell me who you are doing the researcg for ? On my dads birth certificate his dad Francis was listed as a Hospital Porter and on my dads Marriage certificare in 1949, he father was obviously deceased but listed as a Bookmaker.
