Gloomy lady Margaret Mitchell from Ireland to be dated and enhanced

I am sorry the picture I have is a scan sent my a relative but someone has emailed me to say they have the original but it is framed so maybe they wouldn't want to disturb it. I was also told I should say where it was taken. The lady was called Margaret Mitchell and lived in Ireland in Co Armagh. She was born around 1836 and if the mourning bit is right I can tell you her hubby died in 1902 if that would tie in.
