I'm having trouble deciphering a few words on the attached record. I can make out:

admittied above 1 year
have sufficient? ??

Mrs Elizabeth Palmer
23 approach Road

Mr E C ??
husband ??? of ??? ???
??? ?? ???

I think the second one is a Mrs too - unless Elizabeth Palmer is a Mr! As they are the same .

Hi,

Thanks for replying. The Portsea connection makes sense. The names below are both daughters, though its strange the second is referred to using her husbands initials (EC Wingrove should be AC Wingrove)

The Wigroves lived in India so the Patiala part also adds up.
