Hi I wanted start on a chat on the Smith family. He is my great great great grandfather. As I see it he had three wives with 12 children in total. I hoping anyone else might be also researching the Smith family that can help me further with my discussion.. I haven't used Rootschat for some time..

Do you have a death certificate for Alfred SMITH with details of the three marriages and three families, or are you looking to confirm this construction of his life?

This appears to be Charlotte's funeral notices in January 1914 which mentions lots of family. 

Her sisters are given as Mrs Lintern and Mrs Hanslow (and there are appropriate marriages for Bowers ladies to Lintern and Hanlsow on NSW BDM )

adding : there is also a Charlotte Smith, wife of Alfred who died in July 1914 (and I am getting confused  :( )

By the way JM has some excellent advice about those blanks on historic NSW marriage certs.   Essentially not all info was passed onto reg so need to contact church archives to get the missing info.
