What a fantastic find!
Agree with 'Oliver' being a strong possibility - if you use the writing in the word 'Address' as reference, look at the length of the top downwards tail in the 'r' and 'e' and the position of the dots adjacent to each. Short downward tail on 'r', longer on 'e' and and both have adjacent 'dots'. Then consider 'Oliver', tall narrow letter after the O, with no apostrophe before it, squared off 'dot' above the 'i' and upwards tails at top of the 'v' directed left. This seems to match well with the 'l' 'i', 'v', 'e' and 'r' of Oliver.
Will be interesting to see what others make of it.
