http://derry.rootsireland.ie seem to have a Hugh McTeague birth/baptism record for 1838 in Lavey (Roman Catholic) Parish/District - Lavey is bordered by the parishes of Castledawson, Maghera, Bellaghy, Greenlough and Kilrea. It is a pay per record site. However, the father for this Hugh does not appear to be a James.
