Looking for birth and birth place of  Mary Elizabeth MADDEN born circa 1837-1839 - Ireland. 
Father:  Thomas MADDEN   Mother:  Unknown.


Have the following information form a family tree:
1858 Marriage in Adelaide (at Wesleyan Mission - rec 36/156) 
of Thomas IRVING aged recorded as 35   
to Mary Elizabeth MADDEN  age recorded as 19

Thomas Irvin 7th may 1819...both the same day...........so - between 1809 - 1814 is 5 years ..maybe Jane and was born between 1809 and 1814 but not baptised - so was  baptised with Thomas ...or were they Twins..?

17th May 1807 Thomas Irving to Jane Brown in Camerton,Cumberland might be the parents marriage ??   I will see how close Workington is to Camerton

ADDED....That marriage of Thomas Irvin to Jane Brown now looks  likely ....Camerton is 3 miles north of Workington ...good news

Was Mary Madden a prisoner when she arrived in Australia ??
could this be her aged 16 in 1854 ? - birthplace Longford, Ireland ...I will see where that is

Thank you both for your help with the Thomas Irving and Mary Madden.  It appears that both could be correct connections. Thomas definitely. Thank you for the extra info.
Because of your help I have also found one other prisoner who was born in the same year 1838, same prison, different birthplace so will check these both out.
