There is a George R FOULGER, Servant, 18 years of age born England [Aug 1892] on the  1911 Canadian census living in East Huron, Ontario.  It certainly matches your George’s details especially the Sept qtr 1892 birth.  1911 Census Place Wawanosh East, Huron East, Ontario, Page 3, Family No 30.

I found a public tree with limited information on Ancestry late last night but today it has been made private.  It appears to be yours.

There appears to be an error with Ellen Jane’s year of death [1901] on the public tree as she was listed on the 1911 census as Jane.  Definitely her by the years of marriage and number of children.
