Elison Sime of Largo, Fife

My ancestor Elison (or Helen) Sime married John Young in Largo in 1817. If anyone knows anything and I think she was born in Leven in 1792. I know she had a daughter Margaret who was my ancestor. I'd be grateful if anyone has any further info about her.

elison or Helen as she is named on the 1841 census  where they are living at Narberth pembrokshire ,wales
William young age 95 born scotland
john young age 55       "         "
Helen young age 55      "         "
margaret age 17           "         "
