1) Go to Ireland-General board http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?board=50.0
2) scroll down a bit past all the county boards until you see a 'new topic' button towards the right side of page
3) click on it
4) type in subject in subject box (not something vague like 'need help' but 'BOGGS family' or similar)
5) type in message in large box
6) click 'post' button
