Sorry for this late reply. Thank you very much for your kindness.  Yes, they are possibilities. After I commenced researching in 1997 I heard that some inconsiderate people have gone into churches and torn pages out of registers. Also, some records may be illegible or otherwise damaged.

No sign of Isaac I'm afraid - he may have been baptised non-conformist or just not baptised (like many of mine!)

St Peter the Great has these two baptisms around the right time which may connect

It certainly does Em 

From my own erraticly baptising families I've found searching censuses for nearby families of same name and looking at wills for nearby families has at times paid off.

There is a George Gratwick carpenter born Fishbourne c 1811 who might be worth looking at further.

I could take a squint at Gratwick wills for you next time I'm in the RO - not sure when that is likely to be.
