Reginald Vann in Saskatchewan and Manitoba?

I think this is almost certainly him, but I can't see any way of cross-referencing to be sure.
I got in touch with J R Watkins to see if they had employee records going back that far - but, not surprisingly, they don't.
If Reginald is shown as a pensioner in the 1960s, would he have received any sort of state pension, or would it have been either an employer's pension or a private pension?
The burial record for St Vital Cemetery refers to a Burial Order - is that a document that would contain any more information, and is it accessible anywhere?

Thanks - that tells me what he might have been receiving. I think if he was a Watkins salesman, he was probably working for commission, so I don't imagine there was any pension there.
