Searching for William and Edith
« on: Tuesday 04 February 14 03:31 GMT (UK) »
Hi, i'm trying to discover the fate of my grandfathers uncle and aunt; William Palmer Jones and Edith Annie Jones nee James.

This is the information I have; William was born in 1895 in
to George Halsall Jones and Sarah Jane Jones nee Millington. Edith was born in 1896, I think in oldham, to Thomas James and his wife (name unknown). In 1911 William P was living with his family at 26 Watercroft, Oldham and Edith & William married at a church in oldham in 1920.

I dont know anything about their lives after 1920, I can find no evidence of children or any other paperwork from then on.

Can anyone help with any information after 1920 please?

Many thanks, Luke

I think this guy wants to come forward, but I am not willing to put names, on here  just in case they are living,
Use basics Luke , Free bmd , Lancashire bmd, you will find the children there,

Yes, Radcliff.
I was just trying to show that somebody might be named after their grandma if I have the correct family ;)
