Spring Gardens in Christchurch

Does anyone know where Spring Gardens is or was in Christchurch? My grandfather's address was 3, Spring Gardens on his marriage certificate on 16 April 1921.
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

1901 census has Spring Gardens between Pound Lane & Beaconsfield Road

Thanks for that. I've managed to find Beaconsfield Road on G***le Maps, but no sign of Pound Lane or Spring Gardens. Probably been demolished since 1921.
I have a couple of photos of my grandparents taken about 4 months after their marriage outside what I presume is the house they lived in and wondered if it was the Spring gardens house.

Looking at G Maps - perhaps it is underneath Waitrose  :-\

Pound Lane still exists as a path from the High Street through to Saxon Square, with a couple of shops on it. The area between it and Beaconsfield Road were redeveloped for the building of the bypass in the 1950s.

Thank you for confirming. I feared that might be the case and the road no longer existed. I have a photo of my grandparents taken about 4 months after their marriage outside a house which might have been this address in Spring Gardens. But if all demolished I shall never know
