I would say 1920s. I have pic of my mum taken in about 1920 and the style of the dresses of the little girls in the front row of your photo is very similar. I'm attaching it for you to compare.

Late war-very early 1920s. You can just see the hem length of the woman on the left, and her dress still has a waistline at the waist. So if she's up to date, before 1922/23 or so.

Thank you Veron & chinakay (cute photo of your Mum, Veron  :) )

I've got another photo of a class in this school, all boys, but at least that one had a board with the date written on it (1927) at the front of the group.
Both in with a load of old family photos, but I've no idea which child/children are relevant to my family :(
