You are replying to the wrong person 

The John Bogs/Sarah Morgan is on the LDS site- Ancestral Files are submitted records and a good while ago they were separated from the more reliable extracted records.

The 2nd link is for an Excel file accessed through Bill Macafee's site just use this and download from there-http://www.billmacafee.com/

The Bogs/Morgan marriage was never missing or off the LDS database- submitted records such as the Ancestral Files are now separate from the extracted data. If you do a search for John Bogs with spouse Sarah Morgan you will see the submitted references at the bottom of the page and when you click on the link you will see the entries.
