Sad to find young David (15 June 1930) but he did seem to disappear after those 1928 passenger lists.  :'(

May Evelyn (30 August 1981)  must be the wife of Charles Marsh Doxsey -

Not sure if John Beverley Doxsey is connected.

Charles Marsh Doxsey, divorced from Margery Mary Coni, married May Evelyn Linton 11 Jun 1937 at Erskine and American United Church in Montreal.

David's death record is indexed as Doxrey in Anc*

Gosh, wow you have been busy.

Many many thanks to you all.

Charles Marsh certainly lived to a ripe old age and yes it is a great pity about David Doxsey, I have finding these young lives gone.

I did think may be he was lost in the war but now proved wrong.

I have Janet Marsh info but don't know who John Beverley was but keeping an open mind.

Many thanks again

MJB

You may also like to Google the following:-

"Search for the Doxsey family at The Genealogist.co.uk"

Looks as though Janet Marsh Doxsey had a sister / relative Gladys Marsh Doxsey born in Middlesex in 1887 and who died in 1889 in Middlesex.  Gladys would not have appeared on a Census unfortunately.  Am thinking that the given name of 'Marsh' is significant ...
