Hello Lyn

Its nearly 5 years since you put this post on the chat room and I've only just discovered it !

James BROWN was my gt gt grandfather. He had 4 children: John William Brown (from whom I am decended); Amelia Elizabeth; Susan; and Martha. Martha Brown md 1) Harry Middleton Greene 21.10.1883 and 2) Samuel Smith 5.11.1888. Martha and Harry had 1 child Henry George Greene bn 1885. Harry dd 1885 aged 24.

Do you still have the marriage certificate? If so I would be pleased to have a sight of it, either as a scanned copy or by post if you wish. I'll happily refund the postage.

Henry George Greene was also known as Henry George Smith (Smith being his step father's name)
