Hi BonnieDownUnder,

I give it a try.
The German transcription reads:

1805 Tauf-Register
Dies natio Februar 20 Day born February 20)
Dies accept. bapt. Februar 24 Day accepted for baptism February 24

Anna Margaretha Mannies,
des hies. Haeuerlings Juergen Mannies und der
Catharina geb. Gert Puergens aus Tetenbuell
ehel. Tochter. Im Hause getauft.
Gevt. [=Gevatter] Catharina Peters, des Kirchenvorstehers
Adolph Peters Ehefr[au]. hies[ig]
Jfr. Dorothea Jensen, des Jaspar J????? (probably "Jensen"
in Westerholt Ksp [=Kirchspiel] Schwesing ehel[liche].
Tochter
3. H. Johann Christoph Flohr. Schmidt
hierselbst

Anna Margaretha Mannies was the legitimate daughter of the local [Haeuerling - don't know the profession] Juergen Mannies and Catharina, nee Puergens from Tetenbuell. Baptised at home.
Godparents were: Catharina Peters, wife of the church elder (?) Adolph Peters, from here
2. Jfr (= Jungfrau = virgin] Dorothea Jensen, legitimate daughter of Jaspar Jensen in Westerholt parish Schwesing
3. H. Johann Christoph Flohr. blacksmith, from here.

I hope this helps.
