We are struggling to find his birth. In census s and marriage and death it gives 1864 with a variety of places , isle of ryde , Greenhill swansea . On army papers 4 or 5 years later.St josephs area swansea wales given as place of birth. .he put old road as place of living in 1885 , swansea but no one ever heard of it. He married mary owens in this year. His father was john and was a labourer he was dead at time of marriage . Had andrew mcintee as witness so possibly could be johns brother .talk that mcintee s came from near cork originally.  My head is frying lol.

The royal garrison artillery glamorgan . Said born in 1968. Someone also researching found this info out and sent it too me but not heard from them in a while. We only have info on john mcintee from the time he was married 1885. I cannot find a census before this  with him on or as I said birth . He is the elusive mcintee :)

I was told that a john mcintee was statiomed in Portsmouth in 1961 maybe a connection and also a john mcintee was dischared from the infantry brigade depot 72nd  on 20 jan 1883 he said the discharge papers had no other info. This was from same perwon who found out about royal garrison.
